CATERING FAQ

1. What does Full Service On-Site Catering include?

At Nobi Cha Bubble Tea, “Full Service” means that we provide all aspects of catering your event. This includes beverage and topping preparation, up to 1 hour delivery, 1 hour set up, 1 hour breakdown, up to 3 hours serve time, and cleanup. Our goal is to do all the work so that you can feel like a guest at your own event.

2. How do I place an order?

To place a catering order, reach out and speak with one of our professional catering coordinators. You can set up a free in-person consultation to discuss your upcoming event, or we can provide the consultation over the phone. After your consultation, we will send you a proposal for you to review. Once you finish making any necessary adjustments and approve the order, you can sign the contract and we will collect a 25% deposit to reserve the date. The remaining balance must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event unless other arrangements have been made.

3. How do I pay the invoice?

We will send you an invoice. You can pay via cash, Zelle, money order, or credit card. For credit card payments, there will be a small processing fee.

4. What is our cancellation policy?

In an effort to provide our catering customers with the best possible experience, Nobi Cha Bubble Tea understands that details around your event can change and we will work with you to accommodate any modifications to your order. Bubble Tea is in high demand for Weddings & Special Events, our calendar fills up quickly. Cancellations will result in loss of deposit.

5. How far in advance do I need to place my catering order?

The time we need to prepare your catering order depends on several factors. In most cases, we need at least 48 hours of notice for drop off catering services and at least 15-30 days for larger events like weddings, graduations, and more. This helps to secure your date as well. Feel free to call us if you have a last minute need, we can usually help with them.

6. Can an order be changed after it has been placed?

If you want to make changes to your catering order before the big day, you can! For small orders and events, you must give at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the date of your event; for large orders and events, we will need at least 1 week notice so that we can make the proper adjustments and arrangements in time. In some cases, there are exceptions to this rule and changes cannot be made. Talk to one of our catering coordinators to learn more about these exclusions.

7. Is gratuity automatically included in my bill?

No; gratuity is NOT automatically added to your final invoice. However, it is greatly appreciated. Talk to our catering sales managers for recommendations in regards to gratuity for your event.

8. The venue I am booked at does not have a kitchen. Can you work with that?

 

Yes! Nobi Cha Bubble Tea offers off premise catering. We work with public venues that allow outside catering throughout Metro Atlanta. Portable service equipment is brought to every event to produce restaurant-quality drinks that exceed guests’ expectations.

 

9. Do you have vegan options? What about gluten-free? Dairy-free? Nut-free? 

 

Yes! Yes! Yes! And…Yes! We will work with you to customize a drink menu that appeal to all palates and accommodate dietary allergies and restrictions.

 

10. When do we arrive for set-up?

 

In general, our events team arrives two to three hours before the guests.
